[Guide] Crew Skills Pt. 2: Description
In the previous article we explained how crew skills work in general. On this page we proceed with the detailed description of bonuses offered by version 1.5. Check it out to select the skills you would like to train first.
Light Tank Skills
Hasty Shot. Gives a 5% chance to make an accurate shot when dispersion is more than 50% higher than the minimum value. This skill is most useful for vehicles firing on the move.
Breakthrough. Increases vehicle acceleration by 5%, if there are at least two enemies within a 50-meter radius from your vehicle. This skill is most useful for vehicles actively engaging in offensive combat.
Soft Recoil. Decreases dispersion after firing by 5%. This skill is most useful for vehicles with automatic loading.
Medium Tank Skills
Rage. Accelerates gun reloading by 5% for the next shot after you destroyed an enemy vehicle. The skill is ineffective for guns with automatic loading. It is most useful for vehicles with high damage per shot and long reload time.
Penetration Boost. Provides a 5% chance to score a hit with increased armor penetration.When the skill is activated, penetration is 100–125% of the value in vehicle characteristics. Normally, penetration ranges from 75% to 125%.
Mentor.Increases crew experience earned in battle by 5%.
Smooth Ride. Decreases gun dispersion by 5% when firing on the move. The skill is cumulative with the effects of Vertical Stabilizer. It is most useful for vehicles that fire on the move.
Smooth Turret Traverse. Decreases gun dispersion by 10% during turret traverse. The skill is cumulative with the effects of Vertical Stabilizer. This skill is most useful for vehicles that fire on the move.
Heavy Tank Skills
Robustness. Reduces negative impact of damaged modules by 25%.
Close Combat Master.Increases turret traverse speed by 5% if there is an enemy within a 30-meter radius from your vehicle. This skill is most useful for heavy tanks with low turret-traverse speed.
Firefighting. Enhances crew firefighting abilities by 30%. This skill is most useful for vehicles with a high chance of fire on impact.
Adrenaline Rush. Accelerates gun loading by 5% when the vehicle has less than 15% HP remaining. The skill is cumulative with the effects of Gun Rammer. It is most useful for vehicles with thick armor and high durability.
Repairs. Decreases repair time by 20% for a critically damaged module. The skill is cumulative with the effects of Toolbox.
Tank Destroyer Skills
Sniper. Gives a 5% chance that your shot is guaranteed to cause damage to modules of an enemy vehicle if you hit the modules. When the skill is activated, the chance of damaging the enemy vehicle module is 100%. Normally, the chance of damage depends on the module type and ranges from 30% to 100%.
Deadly Accuracy. Increases view range and aiming speed by 5% if all your allies have been destroyed.
Camouflage. Reduces vehicle visibility by 15% as compared to the initial value. This skill is most useful for small, low-profile vehicles that attack from ambush.
Clutch Braking. Increases vehicle traverse speed by 5%.
Smooth Turn.Decreases gun dispersion of turning vehicle by 5%.
Important to Know
- Skill effect is indicated for level V skills.
- At level I, the effect is only 20% that of the level V effect.
- Consumables, such as Case of Cola, Extra Combat Rations, Chocolate, andPudding and Tea have no impact on crew skills.
